The lead
You run the standups, unblock everyone, and stay late to do your own work. The roadmap gets decided in rooms you're not in. By Friday there's nothing left of you, for work or for anything else.
Confidential one-to-one coaching for engineers, product managers, and the leaders they become. Self-funded or employer-sponsored. I'm Ayuna Vogel. Before coaching, I built products at Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Vimeo.

“I reclaimed 20 hours a week.” Caitlin, lead account manager
You run the standups, unblock everyone, and stay late to do your own work. The roadmap gets decided in rooms you're not in. By Friday there's nothing left of you, for work or for anything else.
Your work is good, and your reviews say so. But you reread every message before sending, stay quiet when you disagree, and one critical comment can echo for days. You want the confidence others see in you to be the one you feel.
Every sprint ends in a fire drill, and you're the one holding it together.
As one client measured it: “I reclaimed 20 hours a week back from firefighting.”
You built the thing, but you're not in the room where it's decided.
You walk into the promotion already leading.
You hold everything together, so you're always the last one still working.
You leave at six and nothing falls apart.
You stay quiet in meetings while louder people collect the recognition.
You run the meeting instead of staying quiet in it.
An email takes forty minutes, because you proofread it like it's a contract.
You write it once, send it, and move on.
You say yes to every ask because you can't say no. The resentment builds either way.
You say no and the relationship survives.
One critical comment lands like a verdict on you, not notes on the doc. You replay it for days.
Feedback goes back to being information. The comment stays about the work.
There's one working relationship that makes every week heavier. You brace before their meetings and replay them after.
The fight you've had all year stops happening.
Your goals, your questions, whether coaching is the right tool. No commitment is created by talking, and you'll leave with a clear next step, either way.
Behind each recurring problem: the external situation plus the internal trigger that keeps recreating it.
Two 60-minute sessions a month, by video or audio, built around real situations from your week.
Personalized goals set at the start, reviewed regularly, summarized at the end.
Running on empty and calling it normal.
Same job. Same people. Lighter to carry.
$7,500 for six months
Twelve 60-minute sessions, two a month. About $625 per session.

Before coaching, I built software and led products at Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Vimeo. Tight deadlines, changing priorities, complex team dynamics: they were my Tuesday, not an abstraction.
I'm a certified coach, trained through CreativeMind's ICF-accredited program, with more than 900 hours coaching professionals, most of them in tech. My method is depth-oriented: we find the pattern underneath the recurring problem, then change what you do at work.
I work with senior engineers stepping into leadership, new managers finding their feet, and directors carrying more than the title says.
When inner patterns shift, workplace relationships can shift too
A difficult interaction at work can involve both an external problem and an internal trigger. An urgent request, tense exchange, or conflict may be genuinely challenging while also activating a deeper pattern, such as feeling overlooked, undervalued, or responsible for keeping everything under control.
In coaching, we use real workplace situations to distinguish what belongs to the circumstances from what is being activated within. When the underlying pattern is brought into awareness and transformed, the emotional charge can lessen. The person can communicate more clearly, set appropriate boundaries, and collaborate with less defensiveness or resentment.
The colleagues or pressures may remain the same, but the person's experience and response can change. That shift often changes the quality of the relationship and makes more constructive outcomes possible.
My work is informed by Jungian psychology and depth-oriented coaching while remaining grounded in the practical realities of organizational life.

Six-month, one-to-one coaching for the senior ICs you're about to promote and the managers and directors you want to keep.

$7,500 for six months: twelve sessions, about $625 each. Employer-sponsored team work is quoted after the call. Talking creates no obligation.
Often, yes, from a learning or development budget. I'll share a one-page summary you can forward internally, and I handle the proposal and invoicing.
No. Coaching is developmental: goals, patterns, and performance at work. It is not a substitute for mental-health care, and I'll say so plainly if other support would serve you better.
We meet twice a month for 60 minutes, by video or audio. Calls are on weekday mornings and evenings (US time) so they fit around your workday. Between sessions, you also have email support: send your coaching questions through the private client portal and we keep moving.

Whether you're seeking coaching for yourself, an employee, or a leadership team, I'd be happy to discuss whether we're the right fit.
